Notice is hereby given that the 3rd annual General Meeting of the FUTO Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited will be held at the Council/Senate Chamber, Federal University of Technology, Owerri on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 2.00 pm.
Agenda for the meeting;
i) To receive the Director’s Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2018.
ii) To receive the Reports of the External Auditors.
iii) To declare dividend to shareholders (Investors).
iv) To invite the existing shareholders to subscribe for shares.
